Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for baking electrodes of electronic components wherein the physical and spiritual burden on the worker are less.
SOLUTION: This electrode baking apparatus comprises a feeder, conveyer, baking part and carry out part. The feeder has a fixed rate feeder 2 for feeding intermittently sintered electronic components 1 to a metal net pallet 3 mounted on a continuous chain 12 through fixture metals. The conveyer has a motor 7 for moving the change 12 for mounting the net pallet 3 at a fixed speed by the rotation of gears, the baking part has a furnace 4 for heating the electronic component by an electric heater during conveying of the net pallet 3, the carry out part is constituted such that a cylinder 13 taps the rear of the net pallet 3 to separate from the net pallet 3 and automatically house in a vessel 9 and a sensor 5 detects a detection plate 11 inserted in the net pallet 3 during the lot change to automatically switch over the vessel 9.
