Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for making frozen dessert, enabling to put a sauce on frozen dessert as a topping, and so designed as to reduce the remaining amount of the sauce in a hose for feeding the sauce to a takeout nozzle.
SOLUTION: The apparatus for making frozen dessert comprises a freezer door 3 having takeout paths 11A-11C, takeout nozzles 4A-4C mounted on the freezer door corresponding to the lower end of the takeout paths, plungers 12A-12C blocking the takeout nozzle while going down, and opening the opening of an extrusion path while moving upward to be apart from the takeout nozzle, a hose 16A for making a sauce container and the takeout nozzle communicate with each other, and an apparatus for feeding sauce under pressure. The takeout nozzle has a connecting pipe part 27 to which the hose is connected, and a sauce outlet 32 formed at the inner wall face and communicating with the inside of the connecting pipe part. The hose is inserted into the connecting pipe part, and the outer surface of the hose closely comes in contact with the inner surface of the connecting pipe part.
