Title:
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CALIBRATING FLUID-MODULATING TYPE ANALYZER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3261272
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To shorten calibration time and to decrease the consuming amount of calibrating gas even when measuring component having a large loss is dissolution is contained by introducing zero gas through the inlet of a comparing-gas line at the time of zero calibration, and by passing the gas through the comparing gas line in a dehumidifying means.
CONSTITUTION: Under the normal open state of solenoid three-way valves 9 and 10, sample gas is introduced through a sample gas line 1, and atmospheric air is introduced as zero gas through a comparing gas line at the same time. The sample gas and the zero gas are alternately introduced into an analyzer 7 by alternately turning on/off both solenoid three-way valves 5. Thus, the concentration of the component gas can be measured. Meanwhile, at the time of the zero calibration, the three-way valve 10 is turned on, and the atmospheric air, which is introduced through the comparing gas line 2, is passed through an electronic cooler 4B and further introduced into the analyzer 7 through a line 1C on the side of the sample gas line by way of a bypass flow path 21. Therefore, there is no response delay caused by SO2 or the like dissolved in drain, and the calibrating time is shortened.
