Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and securely carry out clamp operation of the end portion of a tube by removing a liquid pool occurring at the tip of a nozzle and a raised part within the tube when filling a flexible cylindrical tube with content, and to prevent occurrence of stringy or whiskery residue particularly when the content is rubber-based adhesive.
SOLUTION: The tip 16 of the nozzle 15 is formed into a taper-shape, and a first rod 40 is up and down slidably inserted into the nozzle 15, further the tip of the first rod 40 is formed into tape-shape by matching with the tip 16 of the nozzle. Additionally, a ventilating hole 43 is formed through the first rod 40, a second rod 45 is inserted into the ventilating hole 43, and a second valve 51 is formed by bringing the tip of the second rod 45 in contact with and by separating it from the inner side of the tip of the ventilating hole 43. The inside of the tube is filled with the content 24 from the nozzle 15 by opening a first valve 42, then an air or a solvent is discharged from the ventilating hole 43 by opening the second valve 51 when separating the nozzle 15 and tube 10.
