Abstract:
To achieve the monitoring of input power of a power source, of which the introduction has been very difficult owing to the requirement of communications between a primary side and a secondary side, by an apparatus capable of being mounted to an existing system additionally afterward without causing problems in safety standards.
Output power on the secondary side of a power circuit the input power of a power source of which is to be monitored is read. Read output power is converted into input power on the primary side of the power circuit. Converted input power on the primary side is reported. A monitoring apparatus is constituted in such a way as not to have a measuring mechanism on the primary side of the power circuit.
