To provide an apparatus and a device of ultrasonic treatment, capable of correctly and safely irradiating an affected part with ultrasonic waves in the treatment with strong ultrasonic waves by fixing the tip of an ultrasonic applicator to the surface of the affected part.
The ultrasonic applicator 32 has a water supply pipe 33 for exuding a coupling liquid 34 to the affected part from the tip of the ultrasonic applicator 32 for irradiation with the ultrasonic waves for medical treatment and a water suction pipe 36 for sucking the exuded coupling liquid 34 in the treatment of the affected part 152 with irradiation with ultrasonic waves for medical treatment. The water supply pipe 33 and the water suction pipe 36 are connected to a water supply tube pump 35 and a water suction tube pump 37 respectively. A system control part 41 sucks the surface of the affected part 152 by controlling the quantity of water fed by the water supply pipe 33 and sucked by the water suction pipe 36, so that the affected part 152 is fixed to the tip of the ultrasonic applicator 32.
