Abstract:
To provide an apparatus and a method for easy and effective water-purification by a photocatalyst through effective use of sunlight in a water-purification apparatus and water purification appropriate for water in a mote surrounding a castle and a pond in a park.
The water purification apparatus 1 comprises a means for drawing water above the surface, and a water-purification panel 7 installed on the surface. The panel 7 is almost circular, having an elevated central part and a lowered peripheral part. The photocatalyst is provided on the surface of the panel 7. The water can be effectively purified in the mote surrounding the castle and the pond in the park.
