PURPOSE: To facilitate the mounting and dismounting of blades, by providing each blade with an attaching section having a shape almost similar to each of a plurality of slits for holding the blades which are formed radially in the circumferential part of an impeller body.
CONSTITUTION: In the impeller 6 that transfers sheets P of paper, which has been conveyed along a conveying path 1, into a piling chamber 11 of a piling box 11 to pile them up therein, a plurality of blade holding slits 18 each having an anchoring part 18a are radially formed in the circumferential part of the impeller body 8 comprising a thick disk. On the other hand, the blade 9 is formed with the attaching section 9a having shape almost similar to the slit 18 and serving as a small press fit allowance. If the blade 9 becomes defective due to friction or the like, the blade 9 can be removed by striking the side of the attaching section 9a from the slit 18, and the attaching section 9a of a new blade 9 is press fit to the slit 18 thereby the replacement is facilitated.
