PURPOSE: To automatically and accurately press and heat a laminate by placing the laminate on a plate to press the same by a rubber sheet and heating the laminate by a heater.

CONSTITUTION: A rubber sheet 10 is horizontally arranged on a plate 9 composed of a metal having high heat transfer properties and drawn on the upper surface of the plate 9 in a stretched state through the suction holes 14 formed to the plate 9 and connected to a vacuum pump. Further, a carbon or ceramic heater 17 is provided to the under surface of the plate 9. The laminate placed on the upper surface of the plate 9 is pressed by the rubber sheet 10 and heated by the carbon or ceramic heater 17 and the plate 9. Therefore, the laminate can be automatically pressed and heated.
