To uniformly feed an alkaline processing liq. in the width direction of a printing plate by providing an alkaline processing liq. feeding roll and fixing respectively slidably a straightening plate approximately in the vertical direction of a sleeve storing a shower pipe for feeding this processing liq. and a restricting plate approximately in the horizontal direction.
A printing plate 1 is placed between an alkaline processing liq. feeding roll 10a for accelerating an alkaline processing liq. and a lower part guide roll 10b and is carried to a non-imaged part removing process. A sleeve 41a storing a shower pipe 30 being an alkaline processing liq. feeding means is molded into a shape wherein a metal plate or a resin plate is formed into a two L stepwisely connected shape and is arranged so as to cover the above part of the shower pipe 30,and the carrying direction in a reverse L-shape. A straightening plate 41c is arranged approximately in the vertical direction of this sleeve 41a and on the other hand, a restricting plate 41b is arranged approximately in the horizontal direction and approximately the whole periphery of the shower pipe 30 is surrounded with non-contact by the sleeve 41a, the restricting plate 41b and the straightening plate 41c.
