Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously prevent the occurrence of wrinkles, a spiral pattern, etc., in a resin tube by vibration occurring during the suction of the tube by an air suction means in an apparatus for producing the tube.
SOLUTION: In the apparatus, the molten resin tube 5 discharged from the lip part of a ring-shaped die 2 is shaped and cooled by making the tube 5 pass through while being contacted with the inner surface of an outside contact ring 11 and sucked radially by making the tube 5 pass through an air suction means 17 so that press force to the inner surface of the ring 11 is applied to the tube 5. A vibration preventing means 22 for preventing the vibration of the tube 5 by the suction of air from being transmitted to the upstream side of the tube 5 is installed on the extended line of the axis of the ring-shaped die 2 in the tube 5 upstream from the air suction means 17.
