To provide a practically useful and profitable apparatus capable of producing a required amount of rush seedlings for transplantation having uniform quality in a short raising seedling period at a low cost, effective for reducing considerable time and labor for division, enabling the production of seedlings grown in a box or a field and free from troubles inherent to the conventional apparatuses.
A pair of upper and lower rollers 4 for the bonding and delivery are rotatably supported on a part of a table 2 of the apparatus main body. A support 6 of a tacky adhesive tape shaft is detachably attached to a proper part above the rollers and the other support of a tacky adhesive tape shaft is detachably attached to a side of the apparatus main body through the former support. A rotating part 9 coaxially holding a product winding drum is attached to the other side of the apparatus main body.
