Title:
APPARATUS FOR QUANTITATIVELY EMITTING FLUID MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS61262618
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to take up a predetermined amount of a flowable material, by cutting the fluid material by a cutter when a predetermined amount of the fluid material is emitted.

CONSTITUTION: A resin is sucked in a syringe 1 while the syringe 1 is fixed to a holder 8. Next, a linear motor 9 is operated and a spindle 10 is moved to the position of a piston 7 to be connected to said piston 7. Further, the linear motor 9 is operated in such a state that a pen cylinder 11 is retracted to press the piston 7. The resin 4 pressed by the piston 7 is emitted from an emitting port 2 in a rod shape. When the resin 4 emitted from the emitting port 2 reaches a preset necessary emitting amount, a photosensor 13 is operated to stop the operation of the linear motor 9 and the pen cylinder 11 is operated to cut the rod shaped resin 4 by a cutter 12. By this method, the quantitative ejection of the resin is enabled.
