Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for raising breads designed to save the number of operators by automating raising operation of the breads.
There are provided a transporting conveyor 21 and a raising metal fixture 41. The transporting conveyor 21 is composed so as to transport a roll 10. The raising metal fixture 41 has a sliding guide part 43 forming a rising gradient gradually rising from the upstream side to the downstream side designed to make one side of the roll 10 transported with the transporting conveyor 21 run thereon and slide the one side. The raising metal fixture 41 is demountably mounted on a frame side plate 23 of the transporting conveyor 21. A side belt conveyor 50 holding the other side of the roll 10 is provided.
