Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for supporting semiconductor device development for designing an SIP which can reduce a working time required for the design.
Upon designing an SIP, an operating device 15 displays a plan view of the SIP on a main screen 14a of a display device 14 and also displays a cross-sectional view of the plan view corresponding to an arbitrary range on a subscreen 14b of the display device. A designer can continues a design work while visually confirming a connection state or the like of a bonding wire between a chip and package substrate and between chips on the subscreen 14b.
