To provide a receiving/delivering apparatus capable of rapidly receiving and delivering a pack such as a tire and ensuring a buffer to the next apparatus by a simple constitution.

The receiving/delivering apparatus 10 is constituted of a depositing lift 13 having an elevating/lowering means 12 and moving up and down a tire supporting base 11 for receiving a green tire T loaded on a vulcanizing and carrying vehicle 20, and a rotatably receiving dish apparatus 16 equipped with a plurality of receiving dishes 14 having a gap part through which only the tire supporting base 11 can pass, and a four point rotating base 15 rotatably moving these receiving dishes 14. The green tire T received by the tire supporting base 11 is delivered to a tire receiving position of a gripping means 31a of a feeding machine 31 provided on the vulcanizing machine 30 by rotatably moving it through the receiving dishes 14.
