A plural impregnating comb teeth 12 made of an absorbing material one end of which is connected to a container of a liquid cosmetics for hair are arranged projectedly at given intervals on the outside of an applicator main body 6 to form an impregnating body 10. A combing member 7 arranged at least one side of the impregnating body 10 are formed as freely slidable in parallel to the impregnating body 10. A combing teeth 17 of the combing member 7 are formed at the same intervals with those of impregnating teeth 12 of the impregnating body 10.
