The acute part 41 of the application body 3 and the application surface 4 in the vicinity of the acute part 41 are brought into contact with the head air while adjusting the quantity of contact. An applicator for head hair capable of adjusting the contact quantity of coating fluid in accordance with the place of the head hair to be applied such as the case the entire surface of the application surface 4 is brought into contact, and capable properly applying to the various places up to the borders of the hair can be provided with a simple structure and at low cost.
