Abstract:
PURPOSE: To further enhance cooling efficiency in a strip cooling apparatus for vibrating gas in inner part of a duct under resonant condition with standing wave having n/4 wave length and executing the strip cooling therein.
CONSTITUTION: A gas supplying hole 31 is arranged on wall face of a duct 1, and by supplying the low temp. gas into the inner part of duct 1 from there through gas supplying system at the outer part, the gas temp. in the inner part of duct 1 is lowered, and by increasing the temp. difference between the strip 4 and the gas, heat conductive quantity from the strip 4 is increased.
