Abstract:
To obtain an aqueous cosmetic for the skin having a slight feeling of tackiness and a light spread during use and excellent refreshing feeling, moist feeling and smooth feeling by fingers after use and excellent storage stability.
This aqueous cosmetic for the skin is characterized in that an aqueous cosmetic for the skin containing 2-30 wt.% of a polyhydric alcohol and 0.05-15 wt.% of a thickener is formulated with an aqueous emulsion containing crosslinked silicone particles having 0.1-500 average particle diameter in oil liquid drops having 0.1-500 μm average particle diameter.
