Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely judge whether a dc output circuit forms no load or arc load by detecting a primary current of an output transformer.
SOLUTION: A power source device is composed of an input rectifier 2 which rectifies an AC power source, an output transformer 4 which is connected to this rectified dc output, a series circuit with a switching element 5 with which high frequency switching is performed, an output rectifier 11 with which an output of the output transformer 4 is rectified, and a reactor 13 with which the direct current outputted from this output rectifier is smoothed. An electric current detector 6 with which a primary current of the output transformer is detected, a first comparator 16 which outputs when a detected signal detected by this electric current detector and a first reference signal are compared and the preceding detected signal reaches the first reference signal, a switching element control unit 17 which inputs driving to the switching element 5, and at the same time, outputs a command signal commanding an off of the switching element 5 through output signal of the first comparator, a second comparator 22 which outputs when, further, a detected signal detected with the electric current detector 6 and a second reference signal are compared, and the command signal reaches a second reference signal, and a holding circuit 23 which holds a output of the second comparator, are provided.
