PURPOSE: To provide a facility capable of changing easily and widely the number of persons to be accommodated and the scale and form of the space.
CONSTITUTION: An arena A and a hall H are located adjacently, and a rotary stand 4 which can be used in common is provided between them. A rotary stand 4 itself is a structural body constituting the main portion of the hall; and it becomes a part of the stand 4, facing the arena A and becomes the seats, facing the hall H. A mechanism of rotating the whole of the rotary stand 4 in a state where the stand 4 is floated by compressed air is adopted. Center of the rotation of the rotary stand 4 is supported by a supporting shaft and an air pipe is built inside the rotary shaft. Arena A and hall H are divided by the framing bodies, and a seal mechanism is interposed to secure the noise insulating performance between them. As a sealing mechanism, expandable and shrinkable elastic tubes are adopted, the plate is made separable and attachable relative to the elastic tubes and is tightly adhered by pushing to the elastic tubes.
