Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arithmetic circuit required for an adding action by using single electronic transistors.
SOLUTION: This arithmetic circuit is provided with first and second single electronic transistors 11A and 11B and a first control means 16 shifting the gate input voltage characteristic of the second single electronic transistor 11B. N gate electrodes of the first and second single electronic transistors 11A and 11B are connected in common to form N input gates 151 and 152. First source drain electrodes of the first and second single electronic transistors 11A and 11B are connected in common to form an output terminal 13. Second source drain electrodes of the first and second single electronic transistors 11A and 11B form two independent path input terminals 14A and 14B.
