To provide an arithmetic device capable of reducing energy consumption.SOLUTION: A calculation device in an embodiment includes: a first magnetic part; a first reading part; a storage part; and a calculation part. The first reading part is configured to output a first signal according to the magnetization state in a partial area of the first magnetic part. The calculation part is configured to perform a calculation using the first signal when the first information stored in the storage part is in a first state, and the calculation part is configured to perform a calculation using an inversion signal of the first signal when the first information stored in the storage part is in a second state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
