Abstract:
PURPOSE: To forge a lightweight arm with strength to required flexural force assured without losing requested properties.
CONSTITUTION: In an arm having two connecting parts 11, 12 connected to a mating member, and a connecting part 13 for connecting each connecting part 11, 12, and for receiving flextural force toward the connecting part 13, the connecting part 13 has three beam parts 13a-13c extended in each connecting direction and not exited on the same plane. A neutral shaft exists on the space between each beam part 13a-13c to provide high coefft. of cross section, and to assure strength to required flexural force. In addition, the weight of materials is reduced by the space between each beam part 13a-13c for lightweight.
