Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array antenna device capable of properly capturing a communication partner or a detection partner with accuracy while relaxing a request for mechanical accuracy in a state where a directivity gain is improved.SOLUTION: An array antenna device according to an embodiment comprises a first sub-array antenna and a second sub-array antenna, a drive part, and a power feeding part. Each of the first and second sub-array antennas comprises a plurality of radiation elements arranged on a reference surface. The drive part changes a posture of at least any one of the first and second sub-array antennas to make mutual normal lines of reference surfaces in the first and second sub-array antennas cross each other. The power feeding part feeds the first and second sub-array antennas with a power by switching between the same phase power feeding and reverse phase power feeding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
