Abstract:
To provide an article carrying device which can reduce the whole height of an object to be carried by a carrying machine.SOLUTION: An article carrying device (1) consists of one pallet (20) and one or a plurality of skid bases (10) which are mounted on the pallet. The pallet comprises lower plates (22) and a pair of fork receiving part (24) fixed on upper faces of the lower plates. Each of the fork receiving parts comprises a pair of pallet girder (25) and a pallet upper plate (26) fixed on upper faces of the pallet girders, and comprises a first fork receiving space (S1) sectioned by the upper faces of the lower plates and lower faces of the pallet upper plates and an inside side face of the pair of pallet girder. The skid base comprises a pair of skid base girders (12) and skid base upper plates (14) fixed on the upper face of the pair of skid base girders. A pair of second fork receiving space (S2) is formed between an outside side face of the pair of pallet girders and an inside side face of the pair of skid base girders in a state that the skid bases are mounted on the pallet. The first and the second fork receiving spaces are formed so as to be able to store a fork of the carrying machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
