The inside edges 10B and 20B of the sub-cleaning element 6 are positioned inside the outside edges 10A and 20A of the main cleaning element 5. The respective cleaning elements are formed of an aggregate of fiber opened from a tow and a paper strip-shape piece. On a wiping surface 3, both the outside edges 10A and 20A and the inside edges 10B and 20B can exhibit the collecting effect of the dirt.
