This device is provided with an article holding part 2 being composed of installing an engaged member 5 having one side wall part C1 of an article case engaged with a machine frame 1 to be free of both vertical and horizontal directions upwards from the outside, and a contact member 6 contacting with another side wall part C2 of the article case being opposed to the one side wall part, where the engaged member is engaged, from the outside at a higher position than the position on which the engaged member is engagedly acts, and thereby the article case is suspended and gripped.
