An ordering controller 1, when receiving order data from a self-ordering terminal 3 (S1), stores the order contents and sets a demand flag to 0 (S2). Unless the check has been paid (S4), whether an order demand monitor time has elapsed after the last order time is checked (S5). If it has elapsed, the demand flag is referred to, and if the demand flag is 0 (no demand), a recommendation class No. under No. 1 is selected (S6). Customer yet ordered menus are selected (S7) and sent to the terminal as order demand data, and 1 is added to the demand flag (S8). Whether additional order data have been received is checked (S9), and if an additional order has been received, the demand flag is set to 0.
