PURPOSE: To prevent the dragging of the skin by laminating a collagen sponge layer having many micropores via an intermediate layer formed of the fiber material of a bio-absorbable high-polymer material on a moisture permeation control layer consisting of the thin film of a moisture permeable high-polymer material.
CONSTITUTION: The collagen sponge layer 3 to constitute a layer for contact with a wound part is laminated via the intermediate layer 2 consisting of the fiber material of the bio-absorbable high-polymer material on the moisture permeation control layer 1. The collagen sponge layer 3 is the soft spongy layer having the many fine pores of ≤1000μm, more preferably 50 to 130μm pore size and the thickness of the layer 3 is usually about ≥1mm, more preferably about 2 to 4mm. The intermediate layer 2 is formed of the fiber material of the bio-absorbable high-polymer material. Various high-polymer materials which are hydrolyzed in a living body and are absorbed in the living body are included as the bio-absorbable high-polymer material. The dragging of the skin is effectively prevented in this way.
