To provide an asphalt composition improved so that an asphalt modification treatment process, i.e. a process for dispersing a component for modifying asphalt in the asphalt and, when necessary, reacting the dispersed component, is easily conducted in a short time, and having enough high resistance to fluidity.

This asphalt composition composition comprises a compound having an epoxy group (A), an aliphatic polymer having a functional group equipped with reactivity to the epoxy group at its terminal (B), and the asphalt (C). It is preferable that a total amount of the compound having the epoxy group (A) and the aliphatic polymer having the functional group equipped with the reactivity to the epoxy group at the terminal (B) is 0.5-50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the asphalt (C).
