Abstract:
To provide an asphalt emulsion composition capable of realizing high flexibility, high followability with an under coating, high adhesive force and a high water resistance by giving elasticity to the resulting asphalt membrane.
Rubber powder having a particle size of 40 mesh pass, particularly 80 mesh pass, is dispersed in an asphalt emulsion, the amount of the rubber powder being preferably 5-30 wt.%, still preferable 10-20 wt.%.
