PURPOSE: To restrict production of harmful components by providing feed blades to scrape up new aggregates high to transfer them in normal rotation of an aggregate heating drum, and feed blades to scrape up asphalt waste material to low transfer them in inverse rotation of it.

CONSTITUTION: For manufacturing new asphalt mix, new aggregates are supplied into a heating drum 1, the drum 1 is rotated normally, and the aggregates are scraped up to a high position by scrape and feed blades 8. The aggregates are then guided from a passing part 11 of a thermal deterioration preventing and heat radiation drum 10 to a smoke passage part 10a to be directly heated by a burner and sent to the other end side. The aggregates are then sent to a discharge port to be scraped up by bucket blades 13 simultaneously, and they are screened and stored. For manufacturing regenerated asphalt mix, waste material is supplied in to the drum 1, and the drum 1 is rotated inversely. The waste material is scraped up low by the blades 8, and they are disconnected by a disconnecting part 12 to be heated and crushed outside the burner to be transferred without being guided to the passing part 11.
