To provide an asphalt rubber having excellent fluidity resistance, abrasion resistance, resistance to fatigue, resistance to slip, and weather resistance, when an asphalt mixture thereof is used for execution of paving, although a rubber powder given by pulverizing waste tires is reused therefor.

This asphalt rubber comprises adding the rubber powder of the waste tires to straight asphalt which is heated and molten, stirring and mixing them for a prescribed time while keeping them at a prescribed temperature, and then ageing them at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed time.
