A composite assembling machine (the assembling machine) 1 carries out at least two or more kinds of assembling works such as fastening, press fitting, caulking, bending or measurement of assembling components to a work. The composite assembling machine 1 comprises a tool placing stand 25 for keeping working tools 4 and 5, a working head part 21 for holding the working tool 4 or 5, a head moving mechanism 2 for moving the working head part 21, and a rotation table 3 for holding and rotating the work 91. The composite assembling machine 1 is designed to make the working tool 4 or 5 approach an assembling working site in the work 91 held by the rotation table 3 by the movement of the working head part 21 moved by a forward/backward moving shaft (a second moving shaft) 22, a vertical moving shaft (a first moving shaft) 23 of the head moving mechanism 2 and the rotation of the rotation table 3.
