PURPOSE: To provide a more excellent environmental sealing performance by using a coil spring and an elastic material in combination and bonding the elastic material to a coil sounding it.

CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical body 12 is provided with a peripheral groove 14 having parallel both side wall surfaces 16, 18. A continuous coil spring 22 having no cut is fitted and mounted in the peripheral groove 14 so that a part may forms a projecting part projecting outward from the peripheral groove 14. A housing body 28 is provided with a hole 30 having such a size as to house the cylindrical body 12. A groove 34 provided on the inner peripheral surface 36 of the hole 30 is provided with a means capable of assembling the cylindrical body 12 into the hole 30 when the cylindrical body 12 is moved to one direction shown by an arrow 40 relatively to the housing body 28. Therefore, the coil spring 22 is prevented from being rotated beyond the vertical line, and the cylindrical body 12 or a spherical body is assembled or locked in the housing body 28.
