A first assembly small line L1 is constituted by an assembly station 16 assembling a main unit part to serve as a cylinder assembly unit and a first assembly station 18 assembling a peripheral part in the cylinder assembly unit to manufacture a partially completed product of welding gun, a second assembly small line L2 is constituted by a second assembly station 20 assembling an arm in the partially completed product to manufacture a completed product of the welding gun. These first/second assembly small lines L1, L2 are arranged respectively in a different row, and between these rows, a third stock part 30 for temporarily placing the partially completed product and a fourth stock part 32 temporarily placing the completed product are arranged, so as to constitute an assembly equipment of the welding gun.
