Title:
ASSEMBLY JIG OF TOROIDAL TYPE STEPLESS SPEED CHANGE GEAR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3758153
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly jig of a toroidal type stepless speed change gear which reduces machining cost and facilitates temporary assembling work.
SOLUTION: The assembly jig 51 of toroidal type stepless speed change gear is employed for temporarily assembling in an input shaft 1a driving gear unit 50 equipped with an input disk 2A which is supported to the input shaft 1 having a collar 1a through the medium of a ball spline 6A and integrally rotated with the input shaft 1, and with a pressing device 12 which is provided between the input disk 2A and the collar 1a of the input shaft 1 and applies to the input disk a pressing force corresponding to input torque. The jig is provided with a jig body 53 having a projection 65 and a bolt 59 for mounting the jig body 53 to the input shaft 1. The jig body 53 is mounted to the input shaft 1 with a bolt 59 so as to sandwich the driving gear unit 50 together with the collar 1a of the input shaft 1 in a state that the projection 65 is inserted into the ball spline groove 61A of the input shaft 1.
