Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable automation of assembly and to allow reduction of the number of processes by a method wherein a tubeless tyre is mounted to a rim to fill the tyre with air having a specified pressure, the tyre is contained in a sealing container, and through reduction of a pressure in the sealing container, the tyre is inflated to force a bead part into adhesion to the rim. CONSTITUTION:After a tyre 12 is mounted to a rim 11, the tyre is filled with air having a specified pressure. The tyre is placed in a sealing container 20, and a pressure in the container 20 is reduced with the aid of a vacuum pump 21. Thus, the tyre 12 is inflated externally, a bead part 13 is adhered to the rim 11, and is brought into an adapted state. The pressure in the container is restored to an atmospheric pressure and the tyre 12 is taken out. This constitution automates assembly, and enables reduction of the number of processes.
