PURPOSE: To instruct the assembly of a product produced at a factory similar to the real form and further to make precise instructions clear for workers as well.
CONSTITUTION: The assembly process of the product is previously photographed by a video camera 1. Among provided pictures, the analog signal of a still picture selected for each assembly process is inputted to an image display device 2. The analog signal of the still picture is converted to a digital signal, additional information such as matters to notice and instructed matters in the assembly process is added, and assembly sequence information is prepared by this image display device 2, controller 3 connected to the image display device 2, and monitor 5. The assembly procedure information is preserved in a storage device 4. At the time of assembling the product, only the required assembly procedure information is displayed on the screen of the monitor 5, and the assembly procedure is instructed.
