Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist suit which can avoid a weight of an object applying to an operator continuously even when abnormality of an apparatus occurs.SOLUTION: The assist suit is provided with: a battery; an arm assist device 2 which can assist a raising/lowering operation of a load by an operator by the supply of power from the battery and hold a position of the load when the supply of power from the battery is stopped; a detection part 49 which can detect a fact that a residual quantity of the battery is less than a certain value; and a drive control part 50 which controls the arm assist device 2 on the basis of a detection result by the detection part 49. The drive control part 50 is configured so as to allow the assistance of the raising/lowering operation of the load by the arm assist device 2 even if the detection part 49 detects that the residual quantity of the battery is less than the certain value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
