To restrain torque detection precision from being worsened when detecting a torque transmitted from a driving member to a driven member.
In this attaching structure of a torque detecting device having a torque detector connected to an output shaft 9 and a propeller shaft 7 via a universal joint shaft 4 to detect the torque transmitted from the output shaft 9 to the propeller shaft 7, the torque detector 12 is attached to the universal joint shaft 4.
