Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a linear guide device which can remove a plug member for blocking an opening part of an attachment hole from the attachment hole of a guide rail which is attached to a part to be attached, can easily reattach the removed plug member to the attachment hole of the guide rail, and can repeatedly perform the attachment/removal.SOLUTION: A guide rail 1 of a linear guide device is attached to a part 50 to be attached with a bolt 21 which is inserted into an attachment hole 20. A substantially-disk plate shaped internal side lid member 31 is inserted into a void of an upper part of the attachment hole 20, and placed on a head part 21a of the bolt 21. Then, a substantially-disk plate shaped external side lid member 32 is pushed into an opening part of the attachment hole 20, and the opening part is blocked. Next, liquid rubber is injected into a space formed between the internal side lid member 31 and the external side lid member 32 from an injection hole 32a of the external side lid member 32, and the space is filled with the liquid rubber, and hardened.
