To provide a conveniently usable attachment tablet which can be totally detached so that it will not be an obstacle to a work in an emergency, which can be retracted when not used, and which can be easily supported in the horizontal condition when used.
A guide rail 2 is attached horizontally on one side of a chair 1, etc., and supports 5 and 6 with a caster 8 at the bottom for moving are erected near the guide rail 2 on the same side of the chair 1 by means of a connecting/supporting member 4. The connecting/supporting member 4 is movable in the front/rear direction along the guide rail 2 and has a clamp means 9 in the middle. A supporting member 20 is attached to the top of the support 6 rotatably in the horizontal direction, and a tablet board 7 is attached to the supporting member 20 rotatably in the vertical direction with the pivot outer than the attaching part of the supporting member 20. And the engaging part, with which the tablet board 7 in the horizontal condition is brought into contact, is formed in the supporting member 20. The tablet board 7 consists of a base part 22 and a top part 23 which can be tilted.
