Abstract:

To provide an authenticity determination device and others capable of suitable authenticity determination for a personal certificate.SOLUTION: An authenticity determination device 3 performs authenticity determination of an ID card. The authenticity determination device 3 comprises: acquisition means 301 which acquires a pair of photographed images obtained by photographing the ID card by alternately turning on light sources provided in both sides of the ID card from one side to the other; and authenticity determination means 302 which determines whether or not the ID card is a fake ID card which has been altered, based on a difference image taking a difference in the luminance of the image of the ID card obtained from each of the pair of photographed images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
