PURPOSE: To dispense with a dial operation by sending a dial or push-phone signal based on information read from a recording card when a password coincides with the password read by a reading means at a collation means.

CONSTITUTION: A password collation circuit 8 compares the password from the card 9 read by a read circuit 1 with the password inputted by an operator under the control of a control circuit 5 by receiving via a recognition circuit 2. When both passwords coin-cide, the circuit 5 displays the name of a callee read from the card 9 of a display circuit 3 sequentially by an instruction circuit 4. When the name of the callee displayed on the display circuit 3 shows a targeted name, the name of the callee is designated. The recognition circuit 2 recognizes the telephone number of a designated callee based on the information read from the card 9 by the circuit 1, and outputs it to the circuit 5. The circuit 5 outputs the information to a dial outgoing circuit 6, and the circuit 6 geneates the dial or push-phone signal, then, sends it from a telephone set terminal 7.
