Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated system for vending a printed matter whereby an automatic printed-matter vending machine is used by an effective use of a communication function whether a media slot is available or not, a control server using the system and an automatic printed-matter vending machine itself.
SOLUTION: The automated printed-matter vending machine 11 connected to the server 10 through a network performs a process of printing a photographic image or the like. Image data is transmitted to the automated printed-matter vending machine 11 which has been registered beforehand through the server 10. This image data is stored in the automated printed-matter vending machine 11 and sent to the vending machine 11 through a network and stored. A user accesses the vending machine 11 in which the image data is stored directly or through a network later and executes the process of printing the image data. By this composition, the user can obtain a printed matter from the vending machine 11 he or she chooses without having to use media such as a memory card.
