CONSTITUTION: Moving cables 25' are laid to supply electricity to a carrying-in/ carrying-out device 10' for an explosion-proof area A from a non-explosion-proof area B, and an explosion-proof cabinet is installed in the carrying-in/carrying-out device 10' to house the power section and control section of this carrying-in/ carrying-out device 10'. By thus installing the cabinet 2 in which the power section and control section are housed, the moving cables 25' require only power cables, reducing the number of cables. Therefore, cable costs and wiring costs can be reduced. In addition, since the non-explosion-proof area B requires only a distribution panel 31, and the floor space for this distribution panel 31 is smaller than that for a distribution and control panel, the floor space for a shelf 1 can be increased, and the housing efficiency of the shelf 1 can be improved.
