PURPOSE: To rapidly obtain analytical data having reproducibility without wiping off moisture by a method wherein a viscosity measuring rotor is immersed in an org. solvent while grasped by an analytical robot and subsequently dried.
CONSTITUTION: A viscosity measuring rotor 501 is immersed in an org. solvent (methanol) while grasped by an analytical robot 1. That is, the waterdrops adhered to the rotor 501 is removed by immersing the rotor 501 in a container 502 having methanol received therein and the rotor 501 is dried continuously. Further, the rotor 501 is kept in the thermostatic tank of a keeping apparatus before immersed in methanol. Therefore, the rotor 501 is immersed in methanol 503 in a room temp. state. It is considered that the temp. of the rotor 501 is lowered from the room temp. state because evaporation heat is lost by methanol immersion but the reproducibility of analysis is obtained by this temp. drop. By this method, analytical data having reproducibility can be obtained rapidly and automatically without wiping off moisture.
